- Open Outlook Express by going to the Start Menu, clicking All Programs (or Programs) and clicking Outlook Express
- Click the Tools menu, then click Accounts
- In the Internet Accounts window, click the Mail tab, click the Add button and click Mail...
- In the Display name: field, put your name. Note: (This will be the name that your recipients will see)
Then click Next - In the E-mail address: field, put your full email address.
Then click Next - In the My incoming mail server is a: field, select POP3.
In the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail fields, put mail.webinabox.net.au
Then click Next - In the Account name: field, put your full email address, then in the Password: field, put the password you set on your email address.
Note: Please make sure that 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)' is not checked
Then click Next - When the Congratulations dialog appears, click Finish
- You should now be at the Internet Accounts page, highlight your email account and click Properties
- You should now be at the Properties page, click the Servers tab, and check the box which says My server requires Authentication.
Now click the OK button.
- That's it!, you can click Close and you're done!
