The following settings can be used to configure your Web In A Box e-mail account in any e-mail client.

  • Username: Your full email address (Example: customer@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: As configured in the Web In A Box Dashboard
  • Incoming Mail Server
    • Protocol: IMAP
    • Hostname: mail.webinabox.net.au
    • Security: Always enable 'SSL' where possible
    • Port: 993
    • Secure Password Authentication (SPA): No
  • Outgoing Mail Server
    • Hostname: mail.webinabox.net.au
    • Security: Always enable 'SSL' where possible
    • Port: 465
    • Secure Password Authentication (SPA): No
    • Authentication: Must be enabled where an option is provided, using same details as INCOMING will work
